About Dr. Benjamin Rattray
I’m a practicing neonatologist and medical director — working days, nights, and weekends, just like you. I know the demands of high-stakes medicine, the emotional toll, and the deep commitment it takes to show up day after day. Supporting physicians is my passion.
I help physicians move beyond burnout, exhaustion, and strained relationships — to not just survive, but truly excel, thrive, and build a life they love. With real-world experience in high-pressure environments, I’m uniquely equipped to coach high-achieving physicians toward lasting success and personal fulfillment.
I'm a CTA-trained coach, board certified in both pediatrics and neonatal-perinatal medicine, and a certified physician executive. I trained at Duke University Medical Center and practice in North Carolina, caring for the tiniest and most vulnerable patients in the neonatal intensive care unit.
If you're ready for change — meaningful, sustainable change — I’m here to help guide the way.
